We work with Latin Partner Ministries that focus on everything from theological education to medical care, from children’s homes to retirement homes. Our goal is to come along side organizations & amplify their impact for good and the Gospel.

The Nat. Human Trafficking Resource Ctr. released some fascinating (scary) statistics on Trafficking & the Hospitality industry. In the info below, notice: 45% of recorded cases were from people who had some direct contact with the victim. The LoF Center's "Sharing 1 Love" or "Alternative Break" programs provide the necessary understanding how to #1 Identify a Trafficking Situationand #2 Know how to Safely Respond. Dusty Roads of CA

It was hard being away from Claudia & the boys for 2 1/2 weeks, yet it was a joy to see friends and supporters during my CA visit. Thank You to all who attended to the Sharing 1 Love Awareness & Outreach Events, and especially those who chose to join our missionary support team! Our financial support continues to improve, yet we have just over $1000 / month to go to be fully supported!

"Dirty Disciplers"
@ LoF Center

Those who've attended an LoF Center "Sharing 1 Love" Awareness Event know the need for survivors to have healthy relationships modeled for them. One way this is accomplished is through the LoF Center's Mentor Program which I affectionatly refer to as "Dirty Discipleship". Mentor's (disciplers) don't do life perfectly, but have seen their own brokenness & healing even as they step into the mud to care for others trying to emerge. Doing life together in light of the Gospel, isn't always pretty. Hard paths & messy roads provide ample opportunities to rely on Christ and encourage one another as we journey together!

The LoF Center's next round of Mentor Training Classes are scheduled to begin mid September, so let us know if you're interested!

The Heat of Summer

This Summer Kevin is working with LoF Interns and Volunteers to re-structure the LoF Center's "Client Care Program". Please keep the team and the entire LoF Center Staff in your prayers as they work to continually improve services to Survivors and support to the LoF Center Mentors, Case Managers & Social Workers.

Claudia continues guiding Jeremy & Nico in a lighter summer load of homeschooling mixed with Karate, fishing, visits to the YMCA and helping conduct LoF Center outreaches.
